Can I upgrade from Core to Premium at anytime?

You can upgrade to Premium at any time by going to the ADP Marketplace and downloading our application connector here . You must be on ADP Workforce Now version 9. If you are not please contact your ADP account representative for options to upgrade. You may contact our team to help you with installation of the ADP connector.

What if I want to add more employees?

You may add more employees at any time during your subscription period. You may contact your Customer Success Manager with any questions regarding pricing of additional employees. Pricing depends on your product tier (Core or Premium).

What is considered a current employee?

Your pricing is partially determined by the number of current employees in your subscription. We define a current employee as any employee (contractor, intern, etc) that is currently employed by your company and is listed in the HelloTeam subscription. Terminated employees are not considered current employees.

What is the cancellation policy?

The HelloTeam software agreement renews automatically at the end of your current subscription term. If you choose to not renew your subscription, written notice must be provided no more than 90 days in advance and no less than 60 days in advance of the end of your initial subscription term. If you decide not to renew, you may send the notice of non-renewal by email to team@helloteam.com.

Will we need assistance in onboarding and setup?

Our system is designed to be easy to set up and easy to use. However, we find it beneficial that our first time users take advantage of our “Quick Start” program to help you in the first 30 days of purchase.

How will I pay for my subscription?

We will invoice you for the initial term of the subscription, net 30. You can pay by check or wire. If your organization has different payment preferences please contact your account representative.

Is there sales tax?

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the Subscription Service and on-boarding services.
