Goals Update
In this sprint, we improved the goals functionality quite a lot. Here is a list of all our major updates:
Key Results now have due dates
Key Results and Goals now have weights to differentiate them by their importance
Users personal goals are now automatically calculated into a percentage based on key results and weight
Company and Department Goals are now automatically calculated into a percentage based on any changes in Key Results and Aligned Goals’ percentage

In the new and improved goals digest email, HelloTeam users will be able to keep track off:

Department Goals
Company Goals
Company Goals they are aligned to
Reports Update
Turnover Reports now have the option for users to compute results for employees without any Termination Reason
General Analytics for Performance Reviews can now be downloaded as a PDF without expanded granular data
General Analytics for Performance Reviews can now be downloaded in a CSV format that will indicate the proper Minimum, Maximum, Average, and Median values for each question as well as the score of each participant
