Responsibilities

  • You will identify new prospects, predominantly over the phone, via email, and other communication tools
  • You will serve as the first line of contact for new business leads
  • You will build relationships with new prospects
  • You will coordinate product demonstrations with our technical team for qualified leads
  • You will deliver a Wow customer experience, always
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team
  • You will maintain and develop a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and opportunities
  • You will assist with tradeshow preparation, webinars, and any other initiatives spearheaded by sales
Requirements
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in software sales
  • A college degree in business, marketing, communications, phycology or a related field
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
  • Experience selling to business/enterprise customers
  • Possess confidence on the phone and good written skills
  • Exemplify proactive and self-starter attitude
  • Show strong interest in technology and sales
